We are Cody and Sarah Nelson, owners of Nelson Properties. Our family moved to the Sauk Centre Area in 2010. After a few years of meeting residents it was soon realized that there is a need for rental housing in the communities of West Central Minnesota. Both of us share a background in business and we care about people we work with. It was this thinking that led us to believe that we could fill that need by providing safe, well-built properties for individuals and families in these areas.
